Welcome to The Say Thanks Method
Welcome. Over the next five weeks you are going to lower your stress baseline, dissolve the awkwardness that stops most people from saying what they feel, and turn gratitude into a daily habit.
Info
Core promise: Lower your stress baseline. Dissolve the awkwardness. Make life-changing gratitude a daily habit.
Who this is for
Adults who want to feel calmer and more connected, and who have never had a simple, body-based way to express appreciation. You do not need any experience. You do not need to be good at this.
What you walk away with
- A 60-second reset you can use anywhere to shift from stress to calm
- The Say Thanks Formula for specific, high-impact appreciation
- A way through the fear of sounding corny or awkward
- A lasting daily habit, plus your own before and after results
The weekly rhythm
Every week follows the same six-beat pattern, so you always know what comes next.
- Breathe. Every week opens with a breathing experience that settles the nervous system.
- Learn. Three short science lessons explain why the practice works.
- Practice. One daily action, small enough to do in under five minutes.
- Journal. A few minutes of writing right after the practice.
- Affirm. Two weekly affirmations, spoken after each practice.
- Prove. A weekly check-in where you name what changed and what you are proud of.

How to take this course
- Pacing: One module per week, about 10 to 15 minutes a day. You may go slower. Nothing expires.
- Lesson length: 3 to 6 minutes each. One idea per lesson.
- Formats: Every lesson has a video, an audio version, and a written transcript. Choose what suits you.
- Nothing is graded. A wandering mind, a missed day, or a flat first try is normal.
- Catch-up: Missed days never put you behind. Pick up where you left off.
Warning
This course supports wellbeing and is not medical treatment or a substitute for professional care. If any practice feels uncomfortable, stop, breathe normally, and return when you are ready. If you have a medical or trauma history, check with your own provider before starting.
